Our Déaxis jewelry cannot be found in retail stores. We sell nationwide through a group of Independent Consultants who bring our products to you in the comfort of your home.

You can buy Déaxis jewelry either at a home show or by placing an online order.

What is your customer return policy on online orders?

Online customers can return unopened and unworn jewelry within 30 days of purchase. A refund or exchange will be provided. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

What is your jewelry made of?

The majority of our jewelry is made of semi-precious bronze with an overlay of 14k gold and platinum rhodium.

We use high grade diamond simulants with a refractive index close to flawless diamonds, sparkling Austrian Swarovski® crystals and genuine pearls.

You will also notice the luxuriant luster of genuine abalone shell, mother of pearl, coral, black onyx, turquoise, agate, tiger’s eye, quartz, moonstone and other semiprecious stones mined from around the world.

Do you have a catalog?

We used to offer a catalog but it is no longer available.

How do you take care of the Deaxis jewelry?

To prevent scratches, keep your Déaxis jewelry in a padded box or soft pouch.

To restore the gold or platinum rhodium luster just buff it with a soft damp cloth to remove fingerprints. Do not use alcohol or other jewelry cleaners.

Do not apply perfume, lotions, hair spray or other beauty products on the jewelry. Remove your jewelry before getting into the shower, exercising or using soap, detergents or other abrasive materials. This may cause unreasonable wear and tear.

Do you have a jewelry guarantee?

Yes we do. Déaxis Jewelry Collection is crafted from the finest materials and gemstones. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. An item may be returned for replacement due to manufacturer’s defect within 3 months (90 days). This guarantee does NOT apply to normal wear and tear or defects due to negligence.

The original receipt needs to accompany the returned item in order for it to be replaced. If a replacement item is not available, the customer may choose another item of equal value. If a higher value item is chosen, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
